The print platform precision is 3300mm+0. 1 mm.
The THK guide rail precision is 4400mm+0.1 mm.
Integrated rack, higher receiving and feeding accuracy
The all-in-one rack ensures that each feeding roller, receiving roller, balance rod is highly parallel to the feeding shaft. It has greatly improved the feeding and receiving quality of the coil.
1. The heating widths of 1.8 meters, 2.5 meters and 3.2 meters can be set respectively.
2. The surface heating temperature of materials can be set at 35-80°C;
3. The wind size of the fan can be set.
4. In addition, with cold air, the picture will be printed and dried;
5. When the printing stops, the heating will automatically stop. After starting the printing,the heating will automatically turn on.
6. Drying through infrared rays, the pigment has strong adhesion. Effectively improve the weather resistance of outdoor pictures;
Widely used in: indoor and outdoor spray-painted posters, door heads, outdoor building enclosures, body advertising, shopping mall outdoor advertising applications, etc.
